Lessons are suitable for novices as well as those who have shot before. Lessons are with simulated game, using shotguns for simulated birds and air rifles for simulated stag and vermin targets. Guns and all equipment provided. No gun licence required, no experience necessary. Children by arrangement.
Mrs Burton is a qualified BASC instructor, she is also a CPSA safety officer, a qualified archery instructor, has a dipoma from the NRSA and a level 2 Lantra qualification (loading/double guns).
"Have a go" clay pigeon shooting sessions are booked with an independant instructor, the sessions cost £160 for around 80 shots and are suitable for one to four guests. Further guests cost £40 and have around 20 shots each, the maximum group size is seven guests. Normally these sessions include three stands with guests usualy shooting simulated partridge, pigeon and grouse with simulated pheasant, woodcock and rabbit being shot depending on the size of the group.
