Weddings in 2010

Standard Hire

£2,500 + vat

Any day of the week or weekend throughout the year.

Use of the marquee in the afternoon and evening the day before the wedding to put table plans, flowers and any personal decorations in place.

A wedding rehearsal in the afternoon or evening the day before the wedding.

Hire of the marquee and exclusive use of the gardens, from 9am to midnight on the wedding day.

Exclusive use of the chosen wedding room, or outdoor area, for civil ceremonies.

The services of the wedding coordinator from the day you book and throughout your wedding day.

The option to book overnight accommodation at the lodge for up to twelve guests using two doubles, two singles and two twin rooms with bathrooms and shower room shared, and the Bridal Room with ensuite and balcony, for £660 + vat per night.

The option for breakfast at the lodge the day after the wedding with a range of menus and prices.

Afternoon Only Hire

For a party of twenty or less

£500 + vat

For a party of over twenty

£1,000 + vat

Available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with a limited number of  bookings taken each year for Fridays and Saturdays.

Four hour hire, from midday to 4.00 pm.

Exclusive use of the chosen wedding room, or outdoor area, for civil ceremonies.

Hire of the marquee and exclusive use of the garden for the reception.

Any additional hours or part hours required are £250  + vat

Reserving the marquee the afternoon and evening the day before the wedding to put table plans, flowers and any personal decorations in place and to book for a wedding rehearsal in the afternoon or evening the day before the wedding is £250 + vat

Evening Only Hire

£1,000 + vat

Any day of the week or weekend.

A limited number of bookings taken each year.

Six hour hire, from 6pm to midnight.

Hire of the marquee.

Exclusive use of the garden.

Meals can be provided with any booking, the cost of staff is included in the meal price. The bar in the marquee will be open throughout the reception.

To book please telephone to check your preferred date is available, then complete and send a booking form with a cheque for the deposit. The deposit for any length of hire is £500. A letter of confirmation will be sent to you.

Prices in years to come are subject to change and impossible to predict. However, if you are booking for a date in forthcoming years we will guarantee that you will not pay any more than a 10% per annum price increase on the venue hire and overnight accommodation price (excluding vat). If in each subsequent year these prices increase less than 10%, or do not increase at all, then this is also applies to your booking.
